We specialise in preparing Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessments, Due Diligence Assessments, Archaeological Assessments, Aboriginal Heritage Impact Permit (AHIP) applications, ACHMP and salvage reports under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 (NPW Act), along with relevant Section 140 and 60 consents, exceptions, and exemptions under the Heritage Act 1977. Our expertise extends to State Significant Infrastructure and Development, and we have consultants approved as Section 10 reporters under the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Heritage Protection Act 1984.

Our strong relationships with Aboriginal communities, particularly in the Hunter Valley, Newcastle, and North Coast NSW, enhance our capabilities.
